I bought the large galactic upgrade kit, and got the same issue, I can see that the transaction is registered in my bank account

I have the same issue, tried to buy crystals, the transaction fail, then got error 60 everytime I try to buy.
Had the bad idea to reinstall the game (didn't check here first) and now the game doesn't start...
