Yes, I am 100% sure - I just got my first two characters to G12, one of them happened to be the Imperial Executioner I'd bought an injector for, and his weapon slot was completely empty. I had maybe seven shards towards getting his weapon. You would think that with the resources to build Captain Phasma, Sith Trooper, and Imperial Executioner's weapon that I'd have something, right? That's why I know there's an issue - I haven't even gotten anyone to G13, so no salvage, and I just reached G12, no weapon parts available.
In response to your question, not really. And even if I had used all that up, where's the Injector shards th :emselves, the hardest part of a weapon to come by? Believe me man - I've been going over this for over a week before I said anything, and I asked literally everybody I play with and a whole bunch of other people who play (just not with me); the weird thing was, none of them had even HEARD of the injector sets that were for sale up until recently.
I am quite certain something went awry, as I definitely recall getting the character shards and the small amount of gems and money that came with each of the three sets. I just double checked to be sure, and not only have I used very little of the gear that you mentioned, I had to farm it all myself - also, to get First Order Executioner and Kylo Ren (unmasked) to G12 requires just two yellow pieces of equipment, which, again, I farmed myself. I think something glitched when I got kicked from my old guild, perhaps? I really don't know why this happened - I just know, with absolute, 100% certainty, that I don't have those weapon components. And, unfortunately, I had no way to check if I had them until I needed them, since it was at least a few months before I was to the point where I actually needed equipment of that level. I do appreciate your attempt to help, don't get me wrong - I just really need to get in touch with an employee or somebody who works for EA or the other company (name is eluding me at the moment) so that I can show them the e-mail proving my purchases were made; then they can see in my account quite clearly that I don't have the items - I actually have screenshots proving this - and then, hopefully, some kind of compensation will be provided. I just can't afford to basically blow 90 bucks like that, and it makes me extremely leery of spending money on this game again. I spent literally thousands on Star Trek - Fleet Command (had a bit of a problem, lol) and not once did I ever have an issue - just click, pay, get rewards, rewards sit there until you use them.. *sigh* I should've just said something when I first noticed a week or two ago, but the fact is I really have no idea how long all those components have been missing :/
