    Hi guys,

    From checking your account, it looks like you have the following full finisher pieces for Captain Phasma, General Hux and Sith Trooper:

    • Power Cell Injector (Plasma) - Captain Phasma (Gear 9)
    • Power Cell Injector (Ionic) - General Hux (Gear 9)
    • Power Cell Injector (Plasma) - Sith Trooper (Gear 10)

    In game you received the following on 11th July at both 4:06:05am & 04:12:44am UTC:

    • 150000 Credits.
    • 40 General Hux.
    • 1 Power Cell Injector (Ionic) - General Hux.
    • 150000 Credits.
    • 40 Sith Trooper.
    • 1 Power Cell Injector (Plasma) - Sith Trooper.

    In game you received the following on 26th May at 5:22:32pm UTC:

    • 150000 Credits.
    • 40 Captain Phasma.
    • 1 Power Cell Injector (Plasma) - Captain Phasma.

    You have the gear pieces, but they can only be used with Captain Phasma, General Hux and Sith Trooper.

This was my First Order team on October 4th, right after I hit G12 with Kylo and the Executioner. I didn't take pictures of their equipment because I didn't predict this situation, so that had darn well better not be an issue. My proof of payment, along with an examination of my account, should count for at least some kind of restitution, shouldn't it?

    @Morgulon4283 It's normally Customer Service that deals with these requests, which can be reached through the in-game settings menu using the "Help" button. Choose "missing content" from the drop down menu. I'm also tagging one of the community team here to see if they can have a look @EA_UltraSlide

      *deep breath* Okay, I'll give that a try - it certainly can't hurt! In the interim, thanks loads for sticking with me long enough to give me a couple possible answers, and for paging somebody 🙂 I'm just not sure that I can convey my problem in a sufficiently concise matter to fit into an automated reporting mechanism like that, which is why I gave making an account on the Forum a try. But like I said, it can't hurt.

             Okay - wow - this is all because I am frigging *! I was absolutely, 100% certain I had gotten one for the First Order Executioner, not General Hux - thank you so so much for figuring that out for me, seriously! And sorry about the mountain of text for what turned out to be a tiny little misunderstanding/misremembering on my part. Thanks a lot guys! Now, I just gotta get Hux and the Trooper up to G12, hah!

             Looking back, this was before I got much advice, and I was playing around with using either Hux or Phasma as my leader, instead of going with Kylo Ren (unmasked), booting Phasma altogether, and adding the First Order Executioner, Sith Trooper, and regular Kylo Ren.

             Again, huge apologies on my part for wasting so much of your time and getting a bit snippy/huffy over a non-existent problem. I will remember the quick responses and the lack of any actual problem the next time I think I'm having an issue 🙂
