PC Client Store Not Showing Real Money Offers / Crystal Purchase Blocked
Hi, I’m currently unable to view or purchase any real money offers in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes when using the PC client. Only items available for crystals appear in both the in game and web stores (e.g., no Hyperdrive Bundle, LSBs, etc.).
Additionally, when I try to access the screen to purchase crystals in game, I receive the following error message: “Unable to proceed with this request as it is not in line with EA requirements.”
This makes me think the account might be flagged as a child/minor account, but the EA account linked to this game has a birthdate of July 31, 2011, which would make it 13 years old — qualifying it as a teen account under EA’s policies.
I’m playing on the official PC client, version 0.38.8, and I’m seeing the same issue in the web store ([https://store.galaxyofheroes.starwars.ea.com](https://store.galaxyofheroes.starwars.ea.com)).
