Player ID disconnected from EA ID

I have a problem.  I had two player IDs on separate EA App accounts.  One player ID is brand new (9 days old) and the EA ID is similarly new.  The other player ID is about 2 years old.  As I was trying  to switch between accounts the newer account was attached to the older EA ID and the newer EA ID is not connected to anything.  The older player ID is inaccessible as it isn’t associated with any EA ID somehow.

i really want to get access to my legacy account again.  (14.4m GP) somehow.  I have purchase receipts I can provide showing the older account linked to the older EA ID.  

I can provide the player IDs, receipts and emails but don’t want to post them here (for fear someone else can take them to get access to the account).

I’m hoping someone can help me.  I’ve been through multiple tickets through the game’s help system and each time they tell me about how to log into mobile hame center access which is not helpful to this PC situation.  I do play on mobile, but sparingly and mostly play on PC (ever since the PC app came out) and this is definitely a EA ID linking issue.
