Pop ups did not pop up!!!
It was brought to my attention that CG was gifting freebies in game today. I logged in on one of my 3 accounts and 4 pop ups showed up for 1000 crystals, and gamble packs for Vane, Brutus and Silvo. However, when logging into my other 2 accounts the pop ups never came for those free items. The only pop ups that came for those accounts were for the datacron materials that have to be purchased.
A simple fix for this would be to just send free items to player inboxes rather than have to deal with multitudes of complaints from players who didn't have the pop ups show at all, or if they somehow misclicked and failed to claim them.
Could I please have a member of the EA or CG team look into this so I can have those free items for the 2 accounts that didn't have the pop ups show at all?

Update: 1000 free crystal finally popped up after numerous logging in and out, but still no pirate shards
