I made a purchase on the 5th – a full 5 days have already passed. More than 100 hours.
I contacted support several times, and the responses were varied and unhelpful:
1. Press the restore button in the game
2. We've credited your crystals – what do you want? Everything's fine.
3. Send the documents and wait.
4. Wait, wait, wait...
