Problems with purchases in the webstore

Hey, I've had problems with the fact that I wanted to buy packs in the webstore and didn't get them, I was never deducted money. Usually I just buy it again. this time I bought the guiggold pack 2 and didn't receive it, but can't buy it again or access the larger pack. Please help i am missing loot :(
