Purchased Conquest and didn't get my Beno Solo shards.

Where are my Ben Solo conquest shards purchased the standard and I didn't get my shards.

I'll ask again, when are the shards dispensed? I am not contesting the selection to receive them; that I didn't actually receive them. 

"Yes, I claimed from the reward track but never received them. If the shards are dispensed at the end like Queen Amidala & Moff (which I did receive) there were no Ben Solo shards."

@27901960 They are NOT dispensed at the end. They are not in the crates. They are on the rewards track. You get them when you claim them, like the consumables or datacron materials and everything else on that track.
