Purchased Rogue 1 LSB BUNDLE 1+2

So purchased both bundles for the rogue 1 LSB bundle 1 came through fine but bundle 2 did not appear in game 24 hours later it still hasn't i contacted the help through game to be told i have them at 7 star which i clearly do not I have attached a screenshot to show the units and the purchase and suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
