Purchasing issue

I tried purchasing the episode pass and keep getting an error code from iTunes and then a network or billing routing error message from the game. I have funds available and it is linked correctly to my account as I have made purchases before. Just started yesterday after I assume the update to the new episode pass and new items available for purchase.

  • I have the same issue since start of new season. I have tried 3 different payment options and none has worked. I bought plenty of stuff and episode passes before without any issue. I have also reported this issue like day ago and being ignored by support. Last season I was in the top of the Coloseum ranking and was trying to do the same this season, however EA support **bleep** me up and kept ignoring.
