Error code 106 is usually a missing asset that wasn't correctly downloaded or is corrupted, so your step to reinstall was the correct way to get this resolved. After you reinstalled, leave the game open on the main cantina screen for about 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your network connection/speed) to allow all required files to be downloaded. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the tickets used, sorry.
