Re: Error 9 - claim mods in inbox

Someone from the support team finally seems to acknowledge that there is a on going issue with claiming the mods during the error 9 bug issue. 

will be looking forward to the update and getting this is resolved soon AND compensated for the lost of mods.

The issue at hand has not been resolved until so call update. But I will reach out again soon to see how they can remedy my missing mods that I’ve lost because I wasn’t able to claim them as they’ve expired from the error 9 message.
