@EA_Gunner @Can i get some kind of response please? This issue happens literally every day or 2 and is really irritating.

    @tylerwawa Did you linked your account to the webstore recently? If yes, The EA account you linked might be disabled, deleted or compromised. I would recommend contacting EA help and checking your EA account.
  • Isn’t that what you are? I connected to the web store when the web store became live. And that’s when this issue started.

    Except the error message I have same the same issues.

    WIFI works for everything else, but not for swgoh. Cleared caches, reinstalled the game, etc.

    The only thing I have done was connecting my acc with my email and using the webstore.

  • @tylerwawa hey man, it's a known bug at this point. I'm not sure if you read my posts, but it's something I and many others are dealing with right now. it's frustrating, but until the devs can fix it, your best bet to fix it is to reset your PW here and log back in. I've personally dealt with OAuth issues in my work place and they can take time.

    The tier 1 support folks (AKA EA help) are here to tell you to do things and check boxes, not fix stuff permanently, that's what Devs do. Give them a week or two to work it out.
  • @Xhedao Did you have to reset your PW to get into this support site? If so, then you can probably access the game again. It's a known issue where the EA creds are getting corrupted and causing the error message 3.0.

    I've been able to replicate it myself, but the devs have the idea test environment and missed it. This is normal for new roll outs with bad QA (which CG is known for).

    Not here, as it is another acc. But I am trying to access the webstore and waiting for the mail.
    I forgot to mention, that the store worked fine for days.
    But right after yesterdays update the issue apperead. Despite there was nothing else written than game uodates and fixes
  • @Xhedao So, in my testing, I have found that if the EA creds are borked, there will be no email sent. You have to find a way to reset the PW, force a sync with the game, and then you should be good to access the store.

    I love doing CGs job for them and doing all this testing for free...

    @Obujuwami Funny thing is, I am also working in the techbical QA ^^

    But I wonder, if it is the same issue. Tested this scenario now several times since yesterday:

    Just Wifi-connection
    - Webstore works (5 minutes waiting for the code), purchase of free crate worked.
    - Game login 5 to 10 minutes, but no error 3.0

    Jus Mobile data:
    Game login in less than a minute

    The game logins as well ingame screen switches are needing several minutes...

  • @Xhedao I don't think it's the same issue. One is definitely OAuth based and should take the same time to rewrite over wifi or mobile. The other could be based on a number of things, including network latency/stability. It may be worth while to check your wifi setup to see if something is odd about it.
  • Every time i have the error code 3.0 pop up i have to reset my EA password. It’s so annoying. This is the stuff that’s gonna make me want to stop playing the game which sucks because i love this game. But the crazy thing is, CG announced like a week ago that the issue fixed itself. Which isn’t true since the issue still happens. So that being said, i feel like they aren’t doing anything to fix it. @Obujuwami

    Yep, it was not the issue here. After nothing worked I decided to do the hard reset on my mobile and set it back to factory settings.

    It is like a dream and everything works again. Did not know, that the mobile has such a good download rate and response concerning swgoh. xD

    I'm having exactly the same issue on Google Play, as of about 2 hours ago I'm getting Error Code 3.0 constantly and can no longer get an access code for the web store.

    This is absolutely not linked to my phone because I've happily accessed an old alt account I no longer use on the same device, this is specifically account related.

  • I'm also having this issue. Ally Code is 861-376-365 and username is TheDabbl3r.
