@crzydroid I did a long post on the forum but it looks like the modifiers are multiplicative (enemies appear to be getting -75% stats). So I think the modifiers are applying like we would expect.
As to xolerick's question, it's possible that things like GG's attacks (which are based on max health) and B1's unique (which provides %offense) are being based on original stats rather than current stats. One player reported that JML's Inherited Teachings works like that but it specifies that it scales off of "base max protection". Might explain the higher than expected damage from GG and B1 anyway.
