Lost e battles because of the game freeze in Grand Arena.. this can't be happeninf in 2022

same. I'm holding off doing GAC battles because everyone is reporting this.  it's not just in GAC it's in all game modes.

The screen was blocked and when I restarted the battle was lost without having played it.

it happened again Vs QGJ team. I'm tired of these issues!! 

Habe das selbe Problem gehabt. Zwei Kämpfe in der GAC verloren ohne gekämpft zu haben. Beim Betretten des Kampfes hängt sich das Spiel auf. 

Ladebildschirm erscheint aber es passiert nix mehr.

Bitte brechen Sie diese GAC ab, beheben den Fehler und starten die GAC danach neu. 

Thank you for the report. We attempted to reproduce your report on multiple devices but we were not able to confirm any issues on our side. All battles could be started and completed without freezes or crashes.

There nit gonna fix, they have to care about their community to do something to fix it they onyl care about money, #GREEDY

I re-installed the game, I cleared chase, nothing seems to work. This has been a constant issue for a month now and no fixes are in sight. I've been playing almost two years now this has never happened until recently. Entering battles the game just freezes down. It happened in GAC, Territory battle, Grand arena. And it costs us the battle. In a game that's already super slow this is a HUGE issue for being ignored for such a long time! What this tells us players is that the developers don't care at all. I'm not a whale but I spend an occasional 50-100 dollars here and there. And I'm super disappointed in the costumer service. This thread started a month ago and is still an issue. I just had GAC froze on me. Yesterday I "lost" a battle in Territory battles because it froze down. This happens 3-4+ times a day, and as I mentioned it before it drastically interferes with getting ahead! Please fix this asap because right now this game is more stress than fun!
