We've checked that node and had no trouble defeating it with the Rey squad you used. However, don't use assist attacks against Nest since she will build up enormous amounts of bonus Protection from them due to her unique "Fighting instinct" ability. Keep also in mind that that node has two modifiers for the enemy squad, so they are stronger than usual.
