Re: Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)
It happened again, very frustrating bug. Costs a lot of energy. And it is bothering me that there is no response or solution. So my refreshes with purples are gone again!
Please provide the following:
- Ally code: 825-711-256
- Platform: iOS 15.0.2
- Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): about 22:00 +1 gmt
- Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found there is no specific log made or recognized as such
- Any additional details: did not have any crashes in the other tiers. And could play tier 1 with or without crashes.
