Re: Lost Access to Main Account – 12M GP, All GLs R7+, Kyber 3 GAC

I have not been able to log in since the last update. The game will not download,  I cleared cache still no luck.

    Thanks for reaching out to let us know you're experiencing this. Could you share a bit more about the login issues? Is there an error message popping up when you try to load into the game? Are you able to get past the initial loading screen?

    HiEA_Lanna​, not wishing to hijack the original post but I am having similar issues. I can’t get past the initial loading screen (with Vaders face - it sticks on “Loading Cantina”) either. Please can you advise on a fix as I’m missing a lot of GAC/ROTE/Conquest rewards? Thanks

    Got it. There are some troubleshooting steps I can suggest to help flush out cached data and help things sync up again. They'll be different depending on what device you're playing from. Are you playing on iOS, Android or PC? 

    Did you back up your game at any stage before the loading issues happened?

    I am playing on IOS. 

    I hadn’t specifically backed up my game, however it was loading and playing fine, and then all of a sudden stopped. I would hope that all my data was saved at the time I last exited the game!

    Copy that. For the loading issues, please run through the troubleshooting steps in the guide below and let me know how you get on with them.

    (‼️ NOTE: Do not uninstall the game if you're not 10000% positive you've backed it up before the loading issues.)

     

    Real quick, it's important to know that the game is only backed up if it's been linked to the Game Center. If it hasn't been, then you're playing on a guest account and run the risk of losing access when patches, updates, or technical issues crop up. We can’t recover game data for Guest accounts!!

    As soon as you're able to load back into the game, I strongly suggest you back it up asap and keep a copy of your Ally Code and Player ID somewhere safe offline...just in case. The support team will need those to help you if you ever find you can't log into your account or need to recover it.
