The app is up to date and is connected to wifi. Every other app that I use, along with other people in the house have no issues. It takes about 5 mins to load the game and a further minute at least to load and additional screens or battles.
I have spoken to someone on the help team in game who ran through trouble shooting but have been unsuccessful. Please provide assistance asap as this is ruining the game experience for a long time player

Hi, I have followed the steps but I am still encountering the same issue where it takes a long time to connect or do anything.
it’s all up to date and I have the same issue whether I am connected to wifi or cellular

And is the connect button showing for you in-game? Could you take a screenshot of what you're seeing please and attach it to your reply?
- EA_Lanna I have done the steps. I have pressed connect and ea connect. Signed in and it’s been accepted by the game but I am still facing the same issue where it takes ages to connect and do anything in game

Ok, so your issue isn't the same as the other reports. You're able to see the EA Connect button and don't encounter the error messages displayed in the Webstore Error Guide? I'll move your posts into their own thread to limit mixing up issues together.
Have you tried any troubleshooting aside from changing up the connection type? What make and model are you playing SWGOH from?

I have gone through the help team in game and followed what they had asked and it was unresolved.

I am still having the same issue
Hi. 3 weeks on since my last reply and still having issues. I have narrowed it down to when my phone is connected to wifi it won’t load the game properly. No matter which wifi it’s connect too, mine, my workplace or someone else’s, it won’t load.
no issue with cellular connection
