I am pretty sure "unmitigable" means can't be prevented or lessened (or resisted, or evaded, or whatever terminology you prefer). This doesn't look like an issue to me.

no i don´t think so, because if that were the case why can´t they write it down there? it is not a small description from a toon where the fields are so small that they had to save words... it is in the description of a raid boss^^
every raid boss has clear and detail words, so why not traya? look here as for example our oldest raid the pit:
Gamorrean Captain: Kill Order: Deathmark target enemy for 5 turns. This effect can't be Resisted; Fearsome Foe II [...] its Turn Meter gain effects can't be prevented
Rancor: Devour: Instantly defeat target enemy. This ability can't be Evaded, and the defeated target can't be Revived.
and even when it is WAI, than the bug lies in the description of the raid boss
