Received crystals instead of Quiggold shards twice

I tried to buy Quiggold pack (the one with 30 shards, 5 omicron etc.) Website wouldn't load after first purchase, so I reloaded and tried second time, then got message that it went through. Opened the game and saw that I received crystals twice instead and I still didn't receive any shards
