Redeem code

Hi everyone, I got a code for a hyperdrive bundle through Disney+ perks but when I enter it, it says the code isn’t redeemable on my account. I contacted EA and they said I need to contact the retailer. When I told them that it was a reward through the Disney+ perks system, I was told to contact Disney… any ideas what’s going on?

    When you received the code from Disney+ Perks, were there any specific instructions on where or how to redeem it? The error message you're seeing usually indicates that you're not redeeming the code in the right place.

    Unfortunately, we aren't able to help with third-party codes as we can't verify them, so please do reach out to Disney+ Perks Support to confirm the code redemption process.

    There was a link which I followed and that’s where I got the error message, however, the link was just to the redeem code tab for SWGOH. I’ll contact them and see how it goes. Thank you.
