Rey Journey stuck at 9/10 For Ultimate

This is greatly disappointing after investing a tone of time and money. My Rey journey is marked complete by game, but she still needs one more piece for her ultimate. I have no in game way to fix this. Need dev. HELP. 

I’ve read further down and seen another user with IOS have the same problem. My game crashed too on the 5/10 attempt after winning the match. I did not receive my ultimate piece replayed and won. Don’t know if that had something to do with it.

HELP!
