Are you guys doing anything to fix this? Or maybe make an announcement to let people know that there is an ongoing issue? You know instead of just ignoring the player base

I’ve been having the same issue with Coaxium and in my case, the reward track hasn’t reset for the past couple days, even after purchasing other items on the webstore. Can you guys please give an update on when this issue will be fixed since there’s clearly many others dealing with the same issue?
