Hi EA UltraSlide,

I completed the Sith Eternal Emporor Galactic Ascension Event (all 7 levels with all attempts successfully completed), but I currently have only 3 of the 10 ultimate ability materials. Here are my IDs if you'd like to take a look:

I assume that those two characters are zeroes and not capital Os

Any ideas on what the issue might be?
