Severe game lag and freeze when using GL Hondo in Squad battle

Same problem here but on grand inquisitor tier 4 event. When i Start round 2 against ahsoka there is no sound, and after 2-3 turns game freeze. I did 3 restarts, but the problem still exist.

I noticed it today against a Reva team.  So far just the two teams in arena.  I was told today that EA in game help has sent it out to be looked at but that they aren’t going to help.  Perhaps it was a misunderstanding but it certainly read as “go away”.
