I have the same issue, my Sith Assassin was G12 before the announcement of Darth Revan. Once Darth Revan came out and I had him unlocked, I applied both G12+ pieces on Sith Assassin as well as a bayonet. Ally code: 672-774-285
I already had her at gear 12 before the announcement of Darth Revan and didn't get my refund for the gear 12+ I put on her after Revan but before Malak. Ally Code: 443-884-261
