Slkr ultimate not charging properly on offense
I’ve been testing slkr in arena and found that when used on offense his ultimate ability is not charging properly. In 10 straight battles against various team comps at the beginning of the battle his ultimate was not charging at all. Meanwhile opposing slkr’s ultimates were charging at the proper rate of 2 or 5% per crit. Please review and address
