Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Account Transfer(Android to Ios)
Hi I've been having some real issues transferring my android account to Ios. The ea support team has been pretty unhelpful as I've been told they could make the transfer for me if I provided my ally code and account id but then when I provided them I was told otherwise. The problem comes when linking through Facebook I can get to the DELETE screen and when I enter DELETE (which transfers the account) it comes up with an error code 9.81. Can anyone help I need my account transferred to my ios device ASAP.

There was a patch released a few days ago that hopefully sorted this. Could you check again and see if you can now make the move over? If not, our support team should be better able now to help with this.
