I have cleared cache a million times that does nothing. Whatever you did in the recent patch undo it. I've never had an issue getting in game since last update. No error message. I have everything updated on my phone. And closing the replies before I could respond is not surprising.
Urrgh, sucks you still can't get in the game! I was 4 days without access, and then, Bam! Just like that, I try, and can get in!
What have EA said or done...? F ALL! No apology, no payback, no nothing for AAAAALL the items/credits/opportunities we've missed out on!? It's disgusting!😤😡
I check at least 2x a day. It's never happened before. I have the same phone and didn't change any settings. Just went to log in and said new client. Did the download and now can't get in. I have 2 other games on phone no problems or issues. So it's something THEY did. And no that's EA for you no compensation for all the items you didn't get or earn.
