Successfully purchased GAS lightspeed bundle. Didn’t receive anything in game

Howdy. Was wondering if anyone ran into this issue or could help. I ordered the GAS bundle for 50$ along with the Jabba the Hutt bundle in the web store for galaxy of heroes, and only received the hutt lightspeed bundle! Both transactions went through however. I’ve tried dang near everything I could think of. Restore purchases, in game customer support, some EA chat not, and nothings worked. I’m hoping to get my bundle, if not a refund, and definitely NOT compensation in crystals :) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
