1. Yes, I understand it was flagged several days ago, however, the lack of followup or even public acknowledgment in the most recent "Known Issues" Dev post mentions NOTHING of this. Yet, there are plenty of comments and upvotes across multiple Bug Reports. Transparency

2. I'm not looking for additional compensation. I'm looking to receive the rewards in which I am due based on the participation in the event. To further mention that Customer Support is the group to whom we should reach out to for compensation is useless. Customer Support CANNOT dispatch missing TB rewards. In fact, they state they check these forums to see if there are in fact additional similar reports and state they will escalate the issue to the Dev team and have them look into it. This is something in which has already been done, here, by myself. I'm not looking for "crystals for my inconvenience" (however you can feel free to send vaults to my inbox if you like), I'm looking for my up to 3,000 GET currency.
3. Continue to investigate as you must, the rewards are missing and should not be held hostage while the studio team attempts to determine the root cause. Fixing the issue moving forward does nothing to help those affected prior to whatever fix may be implemented to prevent this in the future. Verify the missing rewards and send them to the inboxes of those affected.
