Hey,
1. This issue was flagged and sent to the studio for further investigation.
2. This forum is not for compensation, our job is to investigate the bugs and issues and escalate them to the dev team. We don't compensate and we don't deal with missing content. Our Customer Support team deals with compensation or missing content.
3. We have no updates at the moment other than the fact that the studio is still investigating this issue. As soon as we get any updates we will let you know.
Thank you for your patience meanwhile.

Actually customer service closed all tickets regarding this as resolved. The forum moderator and customer service asked us to make our issues knwon on this forum. We are looking for responses from EA employees and the studio not from volunteers supporting there: We know agenda. but thanks for the comment
Hi Paulghar! I was just helping clarify EA_MindTrick's post, quote above. You did receive a response from an "EA Employee", but were trying to tell him that he was wrong in his description of his own job responsibilities. This likely means you didn't understand what he was trying to explain, so I was hoping to increase your understanding.
EA_MindTricks & EA_HighCommand are EA employees. They do not provide in-game items, currency, or crystals to players. That is all handled by the Customer Support department.
I do understand the frustration of missing rewards. I would like there to be more transparency over what they're doing for this issue right now.
Consider this: based on the scope of the issue, it might be more complicated than just "giving each player their missing rewards." Let's say there are 10,000 players missing rewards. If generating each player's reward takes 15 minutes (to check the player account, verify their guild's number of special mission completions, calculate the missing currency, double-check the numbers, and then send it out), then it would take 2,500 man-hours to generate all those rewards. If they assign 10 employees to do this full-time at 40 hours per week, it'll take 6.5 weeks until the last player gets his reward. Wouldn't it be frustrating if you were number 10,000 on that list?
Conversely, if the developers write a bit of code to query the server and see which guilds did not receive rewards, verify that, ensure the script won't crash the game, and then run it - it will probably take less than 2,500 man hours. I have no idea how long that would take, but let's say it takes them one week to do it. That would mean all 10,000 players get their missing rewards next week.
The TL;DR is that figuring out the scope and doing it as a single "fix" is probably faster than processing each claim individually. Unfortunately, until we get more communication regarding this issue, we won't know for sure. That's a legitimate question to ask here, as well as on the main forums.
Asking for missing Guild Event Tokens here can only result in one answer: sending you to Customer Support. Thanks!
