1. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)
2. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant?
3. Did you notice any of your attacks being used automatically without input from you?
4. How long was you gaming session approx.?
5. How long since you last rebooted the game?

4. Complete squad composition: (who did you use as leader and what other characters did you use in your squad)
5. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)
6. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant?
7. Did you notice any of your attacks being used automatically without input from you?
8. How long was your gaming session?
9. How long since you had last rebooted the game?

7. Commander Luke Skywalker used "Call for Action" without input after a Snowtrooper's aoe
8 & 9. About 5-10 mins, launch the game, did a arena fight, get the daily reward and go for Territory Battles.

Same problem here, my whole guild lost one shard for Rebel Officer Leia Organa.

5 Revived character: yes, I used Captain Han Solo ("Search and Rescue" ability) to revive Hoth Rebel Soldier, immediately afterwards all attack buttons were gone
6 Other events: no, nothing
7 Actions without input from me: no, I noticed nothing unusual
8 Gaming session duration: appr. 60 minutes
9 Last restart of the game: 60 minutes, I restart the game several times per day

4. Phoenix squad. Hera lead, Sabine, Zeb, Ezra, Kaman. Issue occurred on Kanan's turn. Clicked 1st special and before I could pick toon to assist, controls disappeared.

Other. At first buttons were present for Commander Luke and would flash when you pushed them but nothing happened. I could select different Snowtroopers but buttons still did not respond. Placed game in Auto Play with no response; turned off auto play at which time I noticed the buttons vanished permanently. 1. Ally Code, Device & OS:

4. Cls lead, cholo, raid han, storm trooper han, princess leia
5. cholo used his revive ability
6. did not loose any connectivity
7. im pretty sure cls attacked by himself and stunned the stormtrooper ops guy
8. i had just completed the bottom lightside TB CM and had done an arena fight befor this happend so maybe 30 mins

- @EA_Grasshopper is there any update on the status of this bug? It is affecting everyone to varying degrees. In the past, the game development team would acknowledge the problem to the gaming community, advise us it was being worked on, then grant the game community a gift for their troubles and lost rewards.
