We're receiving new information that will require further review by our team. I do apologize for this extended wait, but we hope to have more information tomorrow.
I got this message wen the Eventtimer went to 0 seconds, i was waiting in the game and watched the timer:
after i restart another warning shows up, telling me "another device logged in my account or my last login is more then 24 hours away".
so i need to restart a second time.
achievements did not count my TB stars, looks like i never played it.
what is a bit ironical, as i am guild leader and lead my member in this event with the new tools...were to deploy/attack etc.
maybe this error message can help looking closer to the problem.
I have the same problem. I hope they fix this soon. I've got my eye on some Scimitar shards in the Guild Event Store, and they'll disappear in 1hr 40!
Another one chiming- no rewards, and I also got the 'other device was logged into your account' error message twice this morning along with a connection error message that necessitated three attempts at reloading. One of my guild members says she got her rewards just fine though, so it's not a guild-wide issue. We got 10 stars from this Dark Side TB. Rebooting the app has not fixed the issue.

- Hi. Talked to another huild member who also ran into the problem. We were both still tapping around on the tb map when it timed put and were forced a restart. We also both use android. Hope it helps!

Summarize your bug After the conclusion of the latest territory battle, I received an error code and was forced to restart my game. When I was able to enter, I didn’t have a rewards message.

These rewards should be populating across affected players accounts- hooray! Thank you to those who've not only been super patient while we addressed this, but also are posting that rewards have been acquired. We'll keep monitoring this as this rollout continues.
Got territory war rewards, but still no tb rewards from Wednesday
I stil havent received any rewards from the first Darkside TB. I restarted several times. I reinstalled the whole game. Nothing until now.
I created several tickets. No reply at all until now.

- O haven't received the rewards either . Third/fourth day now.. customer support confused territory battles with rey rewards..
UPDATE 12/14
We'll be pushing a server update today to grant the remaining rewards for missing Dark Side Territory Battles. Please keep an eye on this post for further updates on when this is pushed. After all servers are updated, please log out and log back in.

Still don't have rewards. To clarify, did turn off game and device and restart game. I also clear cache, quit game and restarted game.

even after the last patch the rewards are still missing.
I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, restarted and waited 10 minutes, still nothing.
EA help was informed, but again the message that it was forwarded to the specialists.
Please help.
