Summarize your bug Territory Wars counting rogue action incorrectly
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In TW, block a zone from attacks so it triggers rogue actions then have 2 people choose the same enemy team to attack without clicking "Battle". Then one person clicks battle and starts the battle, then the 2nd person clicks battle and gets the message that the enemy is already in battle and returns to the enemy squad selection screen. Both people get rogue actions counted even though the 2nd person didn't do the battle.

In Territory Wars we use rogue actions to track how many battle attempts guild members have done by blocking every zone. Many guilds do this since it is the only way to track it currently. The bug is that when someone chooses a battle and the enemy squad is already in battle it still counts as a rogue action even though you didn't do the battle.
