Tie Dagger Bug.

This is not the first time I have encountered a bug. When the Dagger gets 15 stacks of vengeance, these stacks are not removed and continue to hang on the Dagger. Ship doesn't get a bonus move and no regeneration, and at the same time I noticed that he can be hit by any ship ignoring the taunt. Has anyone else encountered this Bug and what triggers it?
