How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have completed the Traya GA quest 3 times already finishing all the offensive battles and undersized battles required and still it won’t award me the rewards. This happens every time and still nothing.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Traya quest will not finish if you try it. It will only register 2/3 undersized victories on offense but will not register the third victory no matter how many undersized victories you have.

In your screenshots you aren't using an undersized party. It requires you to leave one of the available slots empty. In the 3v3 Grand Arena battles this means winning a battle using only two characters, one of which must be Traya.
