Trouble with purchasing Shadows of the Empire LSB

Hi there, is the Shadows of the Empire LSB not on PC client?

I am aware it is in the gift section, but my PC client does not have that and I do not know how to get those offers onto my PC.

I can not buy it off my mobile client due to my apple account payment is a bit screwed up and I cannot fix that.

Is there a way to gain access to it on my PC account as I usually pay through there?

Is there an update or do I have to restart my game? Has anyone else had this issue?
