Ultimate Ability Material impossible to take

I finished my JML for a while, and when I was farming his ult in the last tier of his event, but the game crashed at the end of a battle (when the victory message was supposed to appear). Now I'm down to 9 Ultimate ability materials and there's no reward avaible in the JML event anymore. There's nothing in my inbox and I've tried the in-game "HELP" several times (4 months of trying).
Can anyone here help me with this?
