Unable to get credit for GC having Omega (Fugitive) in team

I have a 5* Omega (Fugitive), the new marquee character, and I beat Tier 10 of the Galactic Challenge with her in my team, but I did not recieve credit for it in any of the lower tiers (requiring 5* and below). I also tried on other tiers and didn't get credit either. I thought maybe this was abug and registering the wrong Omega, so i put the old one in my team instead, still nothing. I haven't seen anyone else post about this issue, am I the only one experiencing this?
