Unable to load after update

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I could login fine yesterday, even after announcement that some people were unable to login after the update and that issue was fixed. Today, I cannot get into the game. I get stuck on the load screen with “loading cantina” in the corner. No amount of forced restarts of the app helps.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whatever changes were done in the last 12 hours adversely impacted me, so I assume those changes are where you would look

Just tried to reinstall twice, stuck on the attacked screen for several minutes both times with progress bar not moving

Based on our information all issues were fixed with the server update. At the moment, we can't confirm any issues on our side.

There was app update yesterday and being unable to login was a bug that was resolved in the last 24 hours. And that I’ve never had this bug in ~7 years, and you made changes yesterday tgat caused some people to be unable to log in, you’re confident the issue is on my end? Do you have any idea where the issue would be on my end or how I would resolve it?

A guild mate suggested uninstall, power cycle device, then reinstall. I just did that and it appears to have resolved the issue.

It is absolutely 100% not working. You’re wrong. I’m at 24+ hours now and it will not load on my iPad. Stuck at 0%. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing.

Mine partially loaded, I would go to sections (cantina, guild, etc) and it would start downloading again and then restart. After about 20 mins of this I figured it had finally finished, however I noticed I can’t collect any of my conquest rewards. It gives me this screen and restarts. This update has been a disaster!

There is problems with some devices. With my old device there is no problem,but with my new device(Honor 90) i was struggling to get in the game for 12 hours, then the game start freezing on everything i try to open. After few hours of clearing data,cache,reinstalling the game it became better, but still freezing on specific characters(every time 100%) like SLKR,jedi concular, SEE and many more! I saw another guy who have the same problem on the same device like me. Maybe you should check your sistem if something doesn't support specific devices!

It seems some devices have problem after the last update, we were struggling to even log in the game for a very long time. After 12 hours trying everything i was in the game but still it was freezing on any action, so it was unplayable. Few more hours later i was able to SIM battles and do most of the stuff,but it still freezes on specific characters(every time, no exceptions) like SLKR,SEE,jedi concular and many others!
With my old device everything is fine!
There are other people having the same problem with honor 90!
