I have exactly the same problem both in ingame store and at the web store. I can get the free stuff in webshop and ingame but can't buy Ki-Adi-Mundi shards. My internet connection is a fiber cable to INP so bandwith should not ( and have never been ) a problem

@BlackAdderzz That's what I'm trying to buy too, KAM shards! Our guild does the RotE TB for light-side, then alternates between RotE and Geo for dark-side, so the only way we can get KAM shards is to use Mk3 Guild Event Tokens from the RotE TB.
