I recently put the Zeta on Wampa's "Furious Foe". I read the kit description and was caught by the "cannot be evaded". I thought it would give me an advantage against the Bastila teams (being able to land a debuff) or a counter to Traya's lead. Unfortunately, after trying it in battle, I saw "RESISTED", all the time, specially against the Jedi. Now, 3* toons bring 150% tenacity and of course raid bosses.
I communicated EA support assuming it is a bug (case number 42462416) and after a few discussions I realised it is indeed working as intended. Not only there is a bug report in this section where it clarified that it is WAI, but in the kit description gif's the skill gets resisted.
I should not have been impulsive and researched better the zeta, but I felt the arena pressure. I got the zeta which although it is working as intended, it is not working as I thought it would. Honestly I do not know why I even fantasised that the debuff not only would ignore tenacity check, but it would also not be cleansed. It has been a miscalculation on my behalf and not just a wrong click.
I would greatly appreciate if my zeta on Wampa's Furious Foe could be refunded. Before I receive the obvious comment that this is not a bug, I have to clarify that after several emails (mostly due my misunderstanding) EA support recommended I post here, as both issues (how limited the zeta is, and the possibility of a refund) is something only the dev team can consider.

As you correctly stated, the ability is working as intended and therefore no bug report required (no idea why support told you to report it as a bug).
Unfortunately, we have no option to remove and refund the used materials to upgrade the ability, sorry.
