web store doesn't show money purchase options

Hello

I opened a ticket to the support about my web store not showing purchase options with money (like LSBs), only "purchaseables" with crystals.

I was replied that I should send an appeal to  @CG_LucifersDaddy on the forum and ask for a review about a sanction on my account.

I didn't even know I had a sanction on my account.

I purchased several LSBs in the last months (through the in-game store) and therefore missed free coaxium from the web store purchases.

The instructions were very vague. @CG_LucifersDaddy could you please clarify for me? Even better, remove the sanction and allow me to have the coaxium relative to the purchases I made as if I did in the web store?
