Is there something wrong with the webstore?
I ordered the Battle of Hoth LSB....it said the order was processing, went to paypal. did its thing.
No charge to my paypal
LSB is missing from Webstore....
Please advise
Had the same issue. It's been 2 days for me and the bundle still hasn't shown up again
bump...LSB was only available another 4 days when It disappeared... Would like this sorted so I dont miss out. Does the EA bot way of opening a ticket even do anything?
.....The bundle removed from the store during purchase....I have not been billed or recieved....and no option to repurchase
support answered once in 2 and a half days, just to repeat a step that you have to read BEFORE opening a ticket in the first place.
As an IT support officer myself....what is this service.?......🤨
I had a similar issue, and after 4 DAYS, they told me 'after looking at your account, I can confirm the content is there'... then closed the ticket... IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT... only difference is i got charged for it

Ive had 2 answer from support....32 hours between each event. Both just to quote the first 2 steps in the FAQ you read BEFORE you make a ticket, support didnt even bother reading the info supplied in the ticket....
5 days later.....LSB bundles have timed out. 2 different support agents said one thing without reading the ticket and quoted the FAQ before leaving.

Sorry for the ping. Someone on Reddit suggested it as i havent been able to find anything resembling "help". I have opened multiple tickets, chatted to no less than 4 EA agents who quoted the FAQ and little else.
The Battle for Hoth LSB is now timed out and I may be a little......Salty
