Whenever I battle this team of pirates, my game completely freezes

There's a massive bug that whenever im versing pirates, the match is consistently freezing, and it will freeze for 30-60 seconds at a time. And its ONLY pirates that this happens with. I find it a little unfair because it takes precious time away from my match, preventing me from winning the match. It's specifically this team:

Captain Ithano, Quigold, Kix, Hondo, and Enfys Nest.

I recorded a short clip demonstrating the freeze. I thought it was a connection issue at first, but it isnt. There's definitely a massive bug when facing this team on my end. This freezing has happened EVERY SINGLE time I have faced this specific person and his pirate squad for 3 weeks now, and it freezes every single time, without fail. Most of the time when I have attempted to battle this person, my match will freeze the whole 5 minutes, and the match won't end. It just endlessly plays the music in the background forever and ever, and i have to completely shut the game down and start it up all over again. Please look into this! I'm trying to climb up the ranks, and I know I can beat this squad if it would just STOP freezing!
