Well, the reset came and surprise, surprise, surprise NO ANNIVERSARY QUESTS STILL!
A day is a difficult thing to define in a global game. So far, these quests have always dropped for me at 1900 UTC, right when the Coliseum boss changes.
If they don’t show up at that time, then the anger has some justification. Before then, calm down.
