Wrong conquest crate

I received the gold crate on hard mode. The game says I only got 629 keycards but I got 630. Even the track in conquest mode showed that I unlocked the red crate once I got it. I’ve played this game enough to know not to stop 1 keycard short…. I guess now I have to screenshot when I get to the end. But I would like this to get resolved please.
